To access our service, you need to contact us or make a referral to start an intake process. The intake is where we take your details and understand your issue.
During the intake process, we ask about the issue you are facing and what you would like an advocate to assist you with.
Intakes are assessed weekly.
If we cannot help, we will make suggestions about what other options you have and help with referrals.
Priority for service
Priority will be given to people who are unable to articulate their needs without support and may be experiencing potential abuse, discrimination or negligent treatment, denial or infringement of rights and social isolation.
