You can get the help of an advocate by calling us on 02 6257 4005. Individuals and service providers who want to refer a person can call us, fill out the online form below, or download the intake form below and email it to Intake@advocacyforinclusion.org.
When we receive a referral, we prioritise the matter based on its urgency. We look at referrals weekly unless the issue meets our priority criteria.
We collect personal information only to provide advocacy and training services. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

Who is advocacy for?
People who identify as having a disability or mental illness in Canberra.
If the person resides outside the ACT, please find an advocate through Ask Izzy or contact the Disability Gateway
Government reporting (Data Exchange)
Some government-funded programs require services to report de‑identified information about service delivery through the Data Exchange (DEX). We will explain what information is collected and why, and ask for your consent before collecting personal information for DEX reporting. You can still get advocacy support if you choose not to provide your identifying details.
