To mark the UN International Day of People with Disability, AFI hosted a webinar Lessons, truth and hope: Charting a way forward after a year of NDIS stories. People with disability shared reflections, lessons and ideas for renewal 10 years after the launch of NDIS in the ACT.
During the webinar we presented findings from our AFI NDIS Review Conversations Project – What We Heard. NDIS participants, advocates and campaigners, including Nicole Lee President of People with Disability Australia, then reflected on AFI’s publication ‘Looking Forward, Looking Back – Stories from the NDIS Review’.
